for more info and pictures. I bought this boat in November of 2002 from Ron’s Marine in cleveland Ohio, I live in Indianapolis IN. It was a trade in and Ron’s was selling it, I saw it on the internet and purchased it. I was looking for an affordable boat that put out a nice big wake for wakeboarding. I know that it has been repainted, engine rebuilt, and the interior has been redone all within probably the past 5-7 years.

The motor was rebuilt, the only problem with the rebuild is that is was rebuilt with a LH crank and this is RH rotation. So as you can guess I had lots of oil leaking out the rear main seal. So after having the engine out 3 times for this I finally figured out that it was the wrong crank. I had the machine shop grind off the knurls and put a rope type seal in, it still leaks just a little- probably inevitable in an old engine.

I built the tower in my garage over the winter, I used 2" 6061-T6 aluminum pipe and bought a tube bender to do it myself. I measured a Flight control tower off a new super air nautique, and made it fit my boat.

I’ve done lots of maintenance stuff, replace both head gaskets, replace old hoses and exhaust hoses, Put a new Clarion marine stereo in. I also put a acme #542 prop on- definitely worth the money, the hole shot is awesome!! I plumbed the fat sack pumps so I can fill/empty the fat sack with the flip of a switch. The trailer was painted spring of ’04 and it has new lights, wiring, tongue, wheel jack, tires, bunk carpet and wood. A cover is also included. The only thing this boat doesn’t have yet is a mirror.

This boat puts out a nice wake at 65-70 feet. Basic inverts and spins can easily be done behind this boat. This is an awesome first wakeboard boat at a great price.
