Correct Craft applied the simplicity and beauty of an inboard to the 23’ Fish Nautique. After owning a 1979 Ski Nautique and attending several reunions in Orlando, I new my next boat would be another Correct Craft. I love the company and the support which Woody and the guys in the service and parts department at Southeast Correct Craft have provided me over the years.

I am looking for something a little larger and would like this one to go to another Correct Craft fan. The boat is an 85, the first year of the new layout which offers forward seating and plenty of dry storage. Within the past 2 years the boat has recieved many upgrades including: Custom T-top w/ rod holders, leaning post w/ rod holders, all new guages, new wiring, Lenco electric trim tabs, 30 gallon Kodiak livewell, twin 1500 Rule automatic bilge pumps, spreader lights front and rear on T-top, navigation lights, transmission rebuild, new Elbert’s double taper driveshaft kit, Kenwood CD/stereo w/ remote, and a Garmin 240 Blue fishfinder w/ bronze thru-hull transducer. It has an 85 gallon fuel capacity, an aluminum tandem torsion axle trailer w/ brakes, and dual batteries.

The boat cruises at 26-27 mph. It handles open water quite well. I’ve had it 26 miles offshore of Key West fishing the Wall and consistently run out 15 miles into the Gulf on the weekends fishing and diving. It It is a very nice cruising boat. It still needs some work, but my heart just isn’t in it now that I have the urge for a larger boat. It has the original 351 with the optional factory SS manifolds & risers. The engine runs strong but has developed an oil leak (I believe its the front main). I have really enjoyed running this boat and I get compliments almost everytime its on the water.

If you are interested or just would like to know more about the Fish Nautiques feel free to email me. I am open to offers. Thanks.
