1974 Mustang 17' FOR SALE
Excellent Condition with less than 900 Original Hours.
At 40 years young, this boat is a "CREAM PUFF!"
If seriously interested, you have got to see this boat.
I am currently the third Owner, but the first two Owners were related, and the boat was passed down within the family.
I bought the boat from Ohio in 2008.
The boat has never seen saltwater and has always been professionally maintained.
I even have the original Owner's Manual for the boat and the engine. I also have all of my records since I purchased her.
Improvements / Modifications:
I have rebuilt and recovered the front bench seat with matching new vinyl.
I modified the transom "water access" from the two step factory configuration w/ no platform, to a single step and then, added a custom, removable teak swim platform. All of the work was done professionally.
Additionally, the engine was updated with electronic ignition and points in 2012.
New battery in 2014.
She has never run better!
I no longer have the time to put her to good use and would enjoy seeing her go to a new family or to an enthusiast with a passion for Correct Craft history.
Ralph Meloon personally signed the inside of the engine hatch 3 years ago at a Nautique Owners Rendezvous.
