To Lewy and the other Australian friends on here... Hope you guys got out safe of the inferno and flood that is going on Down Under...

Thanks guys. We are safe here in Tamworth and Chopper is also safe in Brisbane. The fires are in Victoria the southern most state on the continent. Horrific pictures of cars & house incinerated by the inferno. It is actually now our largest natural disaster when it comes to loss of life.
The rest of the country is really coming together to support the people affected by the fires. Even some major sporting events like tonights Australia vs New Zealand criket match have donated all ticket prices to a fund and players from both teams have put in their match payments also.
Australia is a vast land when we have severe flooding in the northern part of Queensland and bush fires in the southern part of the country.
We have had a real heatwave here in northern NSW where the daily temperature has been almost 40C for 2 weeks. The pool water is now 31C hardly refreshing unless you have a cold beer in one hand.
