I don't know what it's called but I'm looking for the curved metal piece that goes on the back deck to keep the tow rope off the rear deck section. It's for a 60's CC Mustang.
Thanks so much....   Erik

Eric,
You make it out of half round or half oval aluminum or stainless. I'm not sure what it's really called ether! Ski rope gaurd?? Some where there's a post with all the dimensions. I did some seaching here on site but couldn't find it. Do some searching or maybe someone else knows where it at!

The metal can be found at marine supplies that carry Taco products or even McMaster has it.

Ive heard it referred to as the "rope clearance bar". My '71 is tubular, but I think the earlier ones were just round stock. It would probably be pretty easy to bend one yourself!

Hey Tim & Pete,

Thanks so very much. I will be getting this set up and on the boat. Everryone here is so helpful. I really appreciate it!
