No, but you could use the bass boats as ski bouys and run a course right in-between them hahaha.. The lake is also very shallow in spots so be carefull

There are three or four launches around the lake. The one we prefer to use is at the end (and I do mean end) of Welk Rd. There is another one at the end of Kearley Rd, but it is pretty shallow there. My family's place is about 5 or 6 houses down on Kearley.

Considering a bunch of us already trailer all the way down to the southern end of GL just to get to slightly less wavy water depending on conditions it may be warranted.

It is a smaller public lake, about 10 miles south of Green Lake (also known as Big Green to those who live around Little Green). The lake is about 500 acres. I guess it depends on how motivated you are early in the morning.

Whoa, Whoa, Whoa! Whats this about a Little Green Lake!? Is this possibly a smaller public lake where we could do some morning ski/foot/etc runs and the conditions could be expected to be better than the often insane waves of the big lake>? Hook us up Scott. |

I'm considering leaving Wednesday evening around 5-6PM and driving through the night to avoid Chicago traffic. We would probably be arriving early morning Thursday 3-4AM central time and either checking in early at the Bayview or sleep in the truck until we can check in at the Bayview. I don't want to get held up in Chicago and I know I will not be able to get to sleep early enough Wednesday night to get up early Thursday.

Got our reservations for the weekend. We'll be at the campground on friday night and at the Bayview saturday night. Just to make sure, everyone stays at the hattie sherwood campground correct? We should arrive friday around 2 or 3 I would assume. I'll get registered on here tomorrow to make it really official!
