Photo to show tool used to install rope VERY easily. The warmer outside the better, Silicone spray is messy but effective.
Use 14mm wrench at the pictured angle, vice grip gives more leverage......

Many methods have been discussed on this.
This being the latest... Rubrail insertion I used a very similar method, except I left the wrench stationary and pulled/slid the rope around. Much easier than constantly moving & wedging the wrench (I think that's what you're doing with the above method). |
