Mike, you are correct! I don't know how I missed them.

If it's just me and Tom, we are leaving very early Friday morning, 5 am+-. If David can make it we'll leave Friday evening after we get back from Orono.

How about you? Are you still bringing your boat. We'll be bring the Classic as long as nothing blows up between now and then.

I'll be leaving Thursday.Hopefully rolling into LG for around 2pm. We'll see what happens between now and then. I am bringing my boat as of now. Doesn't look like there will be a whole lot of extra people needing a ride, but what the heck.Unless I have a drastic change of heart at the last minute, she'll be in tow.

Hey guys, chiming in late here but i've got two friends that i'm trying to get to go. They both have Nautiques but i'm not sure it's going to work out. My one friend won $100 bucks last year at the dinner raffel and he's also the one resposible for the '77 in my garage! Last I talked to him he was still on the fence but i'll be working on that. Just think he needs a nudge.
Anyway I am planing on comming up Friday morning after I drop my daughter off at day care. My wife, daughter and parents will be coming up later in the afternoon. I would love to hook up with you guys and do some skiing.

Jeff,
That's great if they come, tell them Ralph Meloon will be there and they can get there boat signed or something and talk the talk with him. There are a bunch of us will be there Thursday so we will be on lake both days and Friday give one of us a phone call and we will come back to the hotel or Adirondack Marine's docks to meet up. There will be plenty of us with boats in the water during Friday so you dont have to put it in quite yet till after the boat show Friday night or early Saturday morning.
My 2 cents

Good to see we have a few more registrations. The deadline for signing up (at getting a t-shirt, hat, and for meals, is Monday September 7th. So if anyone is still undecided, I encourage you to register before then.

Looking forward to seeing everyone in a few weeks!

Hi Keith! Just thought I would ask - we just registered at the Marine Village for Fri and Sat nights in Lake George and the dock space is $75.00 per night - they also said that there would be no extra room in the parking lot if we were to put the boat back onto the trailer each night. Do you have any suggestions or ideas - it's seems a little steep, especially for off season. Thanks, Tom

Is the boat show going to be in the parking lot of Marine Village Friday night like last year?

Are we going to be able to keep our boats there like last year? They seemed really easy to get along with last year. They couldn't do enough for us.

I still got to make my reservations for the hotel. I keep forgetting. Im very excited! Hopefully we can get a few more people involved so it meets Keiths expectations and is financially beneficial to Keith and the website

My friend will more than likely register too. He'd be hauling his '84 SN2001.

We didn't get reservations at Marine Village, but Patricia and I will be less than a mile away.

My contact number is 508-397-0769

I'm bringing my appetite. I've got a BFN to eat for breakfast!

Eric,

I called Marina Village a couple of weeks ago and they were fully booked. We're at the Holiday Inn on Canada Street about less than a mile from Marina Village.

Did you let them know you were coming for the reunion? Keith stated in the first page of this thread that he had about 6 spaces set aside at no charge, first come first serve. I made my reservations quite some time ago and had trouble getting ahold of anyone there who could verify this. The last person I talked to set a space aside for me @ $20 per night, which is obviously way better than 75 bucks. She also told me that they showed no dock space available that weekend, so she assummed that they had set all the spaces aside for us and stated that they were telling guests that were NOT attending the reunion that there would be no space available to tie up their boats that weekend. The lady you supposedly need to talk to is Rachel, but I can't seem to reach her.

The parking lot was a Cluster F*** last year, but we made it happen.

Word to the wise, if you end up moving someone's boat to get your's out, make sure you let them know so they don't wake up in the middle of the night and think it got stolen......right Tim.......

You're right, Dave. I need to get stocked up!

What will I do without CQ busting my chops this year? Of course, Mike was just fueling the fire at the bar. Where's the love?

The dock space was first come, first served last year.
Had room for more from what I saw..

Mike, that was funny about Tim...I heard about it later that morning.    hehe

Man it's gonna be fun with everyone again soon, can't wait !!

Or, word to the wise- dont park your boat so that it blocks someone elses who wants to go skiing early in the morning, else it may get moved 20 feet away.

Hopefully Marine Village has parking- both at the dock and in the parking lot. I wasnt able to book a room either, but the boat(s) will be staying there if possible. If not, Im not sure where the boat will be sleeping!

Ken, not to worry. With the new dist and carb, the BFN is only coming out of the hole as good as my Skier and topping out at a measly 56. The new prop with over an inch less pitch coming in the mail probably wont help it get out of the hole much faster than a stock 2001/351w. Bring your appetite!
