For thousands of years men have felt the irresistible urge to go to sea, and many of them died. Things got better after they invented boats.

Looking forward to it Dave. I'm going to miss seeing a lot of the folks I met last year that are not making it out this year but at the same time looking forward to meeting first time attendees.

Nope, you got it right Steve. I had booked 35-38 and just let go of 35 and 36 last night. Joe will be keeping 37-38, as usual.

I got ya... That sucks regardless. You'll be missed this year!

I have been torturing myself by looking at flights to the US the last couple of weeks. Jo was ready to pack her bags and go. We were thinking of making a surprise visit but the contract I am currently working on is having work added to it now.

Billy I had a quiet last financial year also. It is changing now that some good projects are coming along.

Wish I could escape our winter and meet all you guys again at beautiful Green Lake. Have a great time. I will be thinking about you guys and make sure you post plenty of pictures and yarns.

P.S. Kristof no bathtub shots.
If you're going through hell, keep going

Dave that would be my buddy Chip. Very good site , but it sits on a gradual hill. We are not gonna make it this time.
We have made the last 4, and the budget says NO for this year. We had a "hope" that we would do a last minute deal as we did last year, no way.
We have booked site # 35 for the last few years, possibly the best tent site on the Campground. Is Reggie still the manager there?
If you want you can move a little east to a better site.........Billy

Tim,
Too bad you can't make it. I really was looking forward to meet you...
Oh well, let us take rest in the fact that "there's always next time"...

BTW I know how you feel... I had to cancel my plans too last year

I talked with Gary a couple weeks ago. Probably not going to make the whole weekend, but might try to get up for a day. I think his kids are doing a good job of keeping the old man tapped with hockey and wakeboarding.

Somebody else should call and bug him!

Anybody know if Pauly-Banana and his crew are going to make it this year, sure would be great to have them back again. How about Gary Hein (Stang) and his Goon Squad?

Okay everyone ... we're just over a week away. Shirt counts and sizes when to Alan on July 1 (although we will print some extras).

Cut off date for badges and food is this Friday, July 9th. If you can make it to Green Lake this year, please register by then.

Well it sure look's like another great turn out this year.

I told Keith not to worry few months ago..

But I am sad to say, I have to sit this one out.

Keith thank you for the invite and the offer.

And for everyone else, have a blast be safe and enjoy the ride.

See everyone next time.

Dave

Everyone, I just got off the phone with the Lakeside Motel - there are five rooms still available for Friday and Saturday nights.

Two steps from the Gooseblind and accross the street from the boat ramp.

Hahaha, I think Quinner remembers the "Bishop's Finger" doh'

Don't know about the import, but it's very close if not right on to what you mention. And of course it has to be checked in. No carry on..

I have collected a few Ales to bring over, is it right you can only bring in 1L of alcohol into the USA and if so how much is the duty if you have more?
Some of them are more of a acquired taste,
