Just removed one secondary but it was difficult. I have heard of them "popping right out" but that was not the case. Where did I go wrong? Cut the glass about 1/2 to 1/4 inch above hull and then started pulling. I did notice the hull flex some and may have caused some stress cracks. I don't want to mess the other ones up. Thanks.

My secondaries just came out, except for the very back on a couple.

I ground a line about half to a full inch all the way down on the primaries. I removed all the glass. Took a flat bar and pounded into the last little lip between the wood and glass, all the way, both sides. After that just a few good shots with the BFH and a little prying, they came out. Once you break the bond on the sides there is not much holding them in there. The bottom is not well adhered to the hull.
