Yesterday My ski partner and I had the 2010 US Boy's 1 National slalom Champion join our weekly slalom bash at the site we call the twilight Zone. Shane brought his father Chad and another advid skier Clint down for a morning slalom get together from Dothan. Both Chad and Clint are Ski Nautique owners we had fun comparing the side by side between the 196 they brought and our ski 200. Of course Shane showed us why he is the National champion even though he is now in the boys 2 division running deep 28 off three weeks after moving up in speed for the next division.
Keep a look out for this kid as he is dedicated, talented and has the backing to take this sport on at the highest level down the road. Sadly it rained today as I was going to challenge him to a quick slalom duel! |
