HEE-HAW !!! Country was all the rage back in the 60's. Eddie Rabbit,Roy Acuff,Earl Scruggs,Bill Monroe,Jimmie Rodgers, Eddy Arnold, Jim Reeves, Bill Anderson, Roy Clark, Buck Owens, Tom T. Hall, Gene Autry, Ray Price,etc., you get the picture

Cheat? Cheat? I'm appalled that you would say such a thing. 
The David Pearson part I knew right off the bat, as he was my favorite driver when i was a kid and kicking everyone's butt in the Wood Bros Boss 429 Mercury Cyclone. Heck, everyone in North or South Carolina ought to know that. That'd be like asking what several guys were called the "King". As for the Charlie Rich answer, how did YOU know, as you're younger than me? But i might have just gone "googling" for a quick verification. |
