You can make them out of carriage bolts.....
Hobby Boats can be expensive when the hobbyist is limited on their own skill and expertise.

Go to the local hardware store and get the bolts used for toilets....no joke! The take a little bit of grinding to get the heads to match the originals, but for 15? a bag you can't beat the price.

Take an original with you for comparison. If I was home I'd run out and get a pic for you but if you take a bolt in they should know what your talking about.

Something like fourth from the left on the top. The ones I picked up are threaded the entire length of the bolt.

Edit-here is what i picked up, the lines on the head give you some guidance to where you need to grind down to match original.

If Jeff did get the last batch off ebay, then anyone still needing them may want to use Jody's idea which is a good one. Stainless carriage 10-32's are available at McMaster part # 92356A265 for 1&1/2" length.

Dont worry, they werent the last set- the same seller has been listing and relisting those bolts for over a year. They'll pop up again.

Edit: Theyre actually back up already: ebay

For $15 you get enough bolts for at least 2-3 windshields... seems like a no brainer to me!

Anybody have a current source? I can't seem to locate any on the Taylormade site or anywhere else.

I found these but I have no idea if they're the right size/shape.

Any leads on some would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

samudj01, Thank you! I don't see them selling any of the t-bolts currently, but I'll keep my eye on their page

I would try contacting them. Should be easy if you can find anything else they are selling.
