Tim, I gotta agree that the list of attedees vs the list of Food is out of balance.
For all that will attend Saturday nite cook out, please bring extra to share with those that will be flying in.
There will be several grills to cook on, bring what you want, but be willing to cook/ share what you bring.....
Hasbeenskier will supply grills again this year,Go BJ,all others bring food to cook on those grills..........

I'll be bringing plenty of extra food. Ya'll got me down for utensils, im bringing a grill and stove. I will probably be in a tent spot at parramores.

Things to remember, allergy meds. I can't remember last time it rained...Bug spray, I can't remember the water temp being 71 on february 28th. skeeters will be out. Its been really unseasonably warm. warm. The lake levels seem to be holding up so far so we shouldnt have any ramp issues.

Big ones, just like the bass and the gators on lake george. I wish I had some gator permits we could go have some real fun and get some tail after I test out that shot ski.

This is actually a good time of year for bass fishing on lake george if you want to tie into a big bass their might still be some on the beds on the west or south side of the lake, I've caught several wall mount ready out there.

Just an FYI I have seen quite a few more than normal FHP stops out on the interstates I-75,I-95,I-4 as I travel for work all over the state, 76 mph and under they usually won't bother you.

Temps in the 50's at night so it sounds like a great conditions for a "Bonfire" on Sat night. Anyone know if there is wood lying round the campground they we'll be able to appropiate or will one of the locals need to bring some?

I got plenty of split oak , not sure if we need a fire pit or ring not there...I know state parks in florida most make you have them now. they had fires over in volusia and brevard co. on I-95 again last month...so not sure on the fire danger level...BUT, all they can do is tell us to put it out...lol.

Ross, Parramore's does have a fire ring right outside the pavilion where we have the cookout so that won't be a problem. Lorri will let us know if we aren't allowed to burn and thanks in advance for bringing something to burn instead of just gas.

I have heard that Florida keeps an eye out for boats not straped down to the trailer and I usually dont run with a rear one,but I have one now. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up.

Tim do you have a rough idea how many hours from Atlanta to Ocala?

It's about 6 hours from the south side of ATL but give or take that 30 mins just cuz of the dad blame traffic south of Macon. Gary, I've got plenty of room here at Motel Morfoot if you and Mary Frances would like to stay here. It's really no trouble, it's more comfortable than a hotel, pretty close to I-75, and you could save yourself a few bucks. Give me a call.

Lil' Sue and I will bring food for the Saturday night cookout and we can bring lots of fire wood. I had to tear out a deck from a house since it was not pressure treated so I have a ton of aged pine cut into 16 inch lengths. It is no good in an indoor fireplace but it works great for an outdoor bonfire or fire pit.

I wouldn't ride down 95 or 75 without a strap across the gunwhale their is some construction areas on 95 in GA and FL could bounce a boat off an end up in the intercoastal, seems like always is one on 75 in GA somewhere
