Need a little help. Second season with my 99 Air Nautique. First launch after winter and I noticed one of the speedometers was out of sync with the other, As I tried to calibrate using the knob, instead of getting better it got worse, the more I fiddled the less the indicator would move and the tighter the knob got, to the point it totally siezed up.
Question is simple, what do I do now? Where do I troubleshoot? I suspect it got out of sync while being winterized, The shop had the dash off to check the perfect pass (that doesnt work anymore).
Its not that simple for me to get the boat back to the shop, its on the lift... loading trailering etc, is a couple hour ordeal.
Any input is appreciated.

PP is great, the system is really fairly simple, there aren't that many parts, what's it doing?

Can't help with speedos, I just use the PP for that now and haven't bothered learning to troubleshoot those.
