Several years ago I raised the hitch in a storage space savings effort. Of course the fluid in the brake reservoir leaked out. Long story short, the brakes havent worked for some time and the trailer tongue slides forward and back, etc. Can anyone offer guidance on making the brakes operable again. Thanks in advance!
