I just started to rebuild our '77 Ski Nautique. Where's a good dealer to find parts?
I need the hull pylon fitting, exhaust hoses, and a t-stat & gasket.
I am also looking at updating to electronic ignition. Anyone have experience with the upgrade?
'77 Ski Nautique, 351W Ford

I recommend SkiDIM.com - Use the link from this website and get a discount. If they don't have your part, I recommend Southeast Correct Craft. You can also find parts on eBay sometimes.

hose's, gasket's, and so forth go to SKIDIM, exhaust manifolds you want to go to J.A.Chamberlien and on the ignition spend the money and buy a new Mallory distributor from summitt racing, the conversion kits do have draw backs and some are better than others. A lot of people have trouble installing them correctly. Intake mainfolds/heads, high performance cams are out there you can use summitt for a lot of them as well as E-bay. the cams can be had from sevral sources as well. Enjoy your boat and If you are looking at a specific item post it here and someone will either sell it to you directly or head you in the right direction to get the correct parts. Just remember your engine rotates in the opposite direction that an automotive engine does so a lot of the internal parts and seals are not the same and cannot be intechanged.
