I'm looking to become a new Nautique owner
 I have seen a lot of boats that I'm looking for that have the FCT 1 on them. Not that I don't like it, but I would prefer the FCT 2. My question, is the mounting for the two towers interchangable; aka could I take a FCT 1 off, and bolt on a FCT 2?

If you are referring to a 98'-99' factory tower as FCT1, then no, plate, holes and location are completely different then an FCT2 or the next Gen tower.
