'80 will have the black/chrome emblems with the different mounting pattern. Youre not going to get any better than Stan's emblems, Steve!

Whether the back seat will interchange depends on whether the 2 boats in question have the ski pockets. Ive seen boats with one, two or none. They narrow the bottom cushion. The back cushion *should* be the same size and shape. Of course, the upholstery styles will be very different (oven mitt vs. pleats, if original). Since its just vinyl covered foam, you can just order everything you need from Christine's... they'll require a few basic measurements, but do have the patterns and can supply both vinyl and foam.
