109yds total with approach, 6in thick moore cuts than you can shake a stick at. total cost around 14.ooo, building xtra roll up doors [insulated] in the next week, i hope

in floor radiant would have added an awful lot to the pour , it is really nice to have but you can be comfortable with either hydro fan units off a boiler or forced hot air , and waste oil heater maybe?
former skylark owner now a formula but I cant let this place go
