6000 hours. That is impressive! I wonder what's been done to the engine?
For thousands of years men have felt the irresistible urge to go to sea, and many of them died. Things got better after they invented boats.

I was going to pm you this morning to see if she had contacted you or if you were still interested. I've left two notes in the past two weeks(she never answers her door). The last one I put in a ziplock bag and wedged it in her truck's door. I'm in NC this weekend but I'll keep trying when I get back. The old saying is true "No good deed goes unpunished".

If I ever own a stern drive it will be a Donzi Classic.

There was a baby blue 18+2 on ebay with if I remember correctly a HM 351. Brought crazy money but it was totally worth it.

I think this is the same as the "6000 hour boat", has the exact same description, only it says around 4K hours...

I bet the hours they have estimated on that aren't near as high as they think they are. It does look......well used. But They are probably over-estimating by at least 1,000 hours.

Well boys, I would say this is the holy grail as far as early Donzi ownership goes. V drive none the less. Much more appealing than a boat with a big hole on the back. I love the external rudder drive.

I wonder what he is thinking $ wise , seems like a really rare boat if the engine is original as stated
I can see me at the boat ramp with that one trying to look cool and hoping everyone looks it over then bending the rudder in front of everyone   before its off the trailer
