I90 construction from Randall Road ( just west of Elgin) to Rockford is 45 miles of 45 mph construction zone with 2 lanes. I drive it frequently to my cottage and as long as you don't hit it in rush hour it only adds 15-25 minutes to the trip. It's really not bad.

Just drove from Ripon to O'Hare, picked up two passengers and back this morning on the 41 to 94 route. Left at 5:30 AM; back at noon. Construction from Milwaukee to IL border wasn't bad.

It was always going to be a last minute decision. But just registered and booked flights.
Flying into San Francisco Thursday 11am then on to Chicago. Picking up hire car at 0730pm and driving straight to Ripon. Staying at the Ridgewood nothing available in GL via internet booking. It was all a rush and I had to have a US address for ESTA Visa approval. Looking forward to catching up with all you blokes and that Hurricane. I knew I could not miss the chance to see the officially launching of this amazing vessel. |

I don't know why you don't come up for the Friday boat show. If you have to work you get off around 1 anyway, that evening you can crash at Quinner's you'll get up around the time he'll stumble home and be back in time if you have to work Saturday

Is there still non ethanol gas in Green lake? The station is not showing up on a national list, and I believe it used to. I hate to tow the boat out with any weight that I don't have to.

The station at 23 and 49 or "A" had non-ethanol in 2010 and 2011.

Montello is at the last leg of the trip so that would probably make a good choice depending how you are coming into Green Lake.

Hi,
We registered on June 30, 2013 for the Correct Craft Reunion in Green Lake, and my credit card has been charged (for 5 of us attending). I do not see my registration on the reunion site. I emailed Keith twice, but no response. I'm not sure who I should contact to make sure we are registered. There does not appear to be a contact name on the website for this sort of thing. I'm also bringing my 1976 Ski Tique. Can anyone let me know who to contact or let me know if I'm/we're registered? We're really looking forward to coming this year. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Tracy Utter tracy1025@tds.net |

Tracy,
Keith is who you want to get in touch with. Moj or Keith will hopefully chime in. ...If you've paid, I would still plan on coming. Sounds like some kind of "computer glitch"? Where you staying? |

There is a Todd Utter Registered. Same Group? Related? Keith@correctcraftfan.com should do the trick. Remember, he is a boater with a family. He doesn't sit by his computere all weekend long. Regards, BKH |

Tracy, Note that a recent change has been made with the sites web host. I'd have to say that due to al the problems in the past Keith finally got fed up with it and changed the host. I sure admire his efforts keeping the site running since he does it in his "spare" time. He like most of us have full time jobs. BTW, have you noticed how fast the site is now?? |

Put about 4 hours in boat maintenance tonight. Not going to green lake in 2012 left it with two years of neglect. I still will need a few evenings this week to get it close to presentable. I work best under pressure.

Ultrahots, Frankenotter and Lewy2001 - your registrations have been received. Tracy Utter, I have the same question as BKH posted above. I show Todd Utter being registered. Are you part of his registration? Please confirm or correct as soon as you can.
Thanks, Steve Evans, RainDog. |
