installing a new blower on an 86 ski nautique and got myself confused on which way the flow should go. toward the vent or to the bilge? thanks

To the vent. Purpose is to put the fumes outside the boat so that spark does not ignite a flame within the bilge when you turn the key. BKH

   I thought the "blower" was mounted on top of the engine, and you had to run special fuel!!!!

Nah.. the "blower" was that chic we hired for the last reunion - the one we held at that lake in Mexico. Anybody remember her name?
