I just did a compression test after resetting the valve lash (I had it too tight after lifters pumped up) Bingo! 120-130 psi in all cylinders! My very first post had #5 at 60 psi.
Finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Got a new Holly carb too, the old one just was beyond repair, rust, bent. Bimini top coming too. Looks like this one will be a 3 month project too. Now it's getting fun again, had my doubts earlier. |
