I've been reading a bit about blisters. If it's a few you can open 'm up, sand and fill, but I'm afraid the hull of mine is beyond that point. There's many of 'm. What's the solution? Strip all gel and re-gel? Or any other options?

Since you have been reading up on the subject, you have probably already run across the answer. Yes, on removing all the gel and then a epoxy barrier coat before new gel. It's a lot of work. |

From what I understand, they are cosmetic only - they won't every puncture the hull.
