bummer, what about a zoar river baptism?

I am also camping. Grabbed site 54. Ill be staying sunday night also. Going to make a weekend of it.
Im planning on bringing my little mini grill to the sandbar and anyones welcome to use it if they dont feel like bringing one.

Hoping to make it but not 100% it will work yet. Anybody got an address for the ramp? What's the typical depth of the sandbar (knee, waist deep, etc) you were hanging out at last year? I will report back once I know for sure but if it works it will be me, wife, 2 yo daughter and Python Super Sport.

Well, Zoar has a sandbar, We set up there, All you need is a ride to the sandbar.

As far as camping goes. Kettletown State park is right on the lake.

There are no docks but you can moor in a cove.

As far as leaving a boat and trailer somewhere, we could probably work something out.

I may still be interested in comng down to zoar, but I'm also thinking of hosting a MA mini in Webstet after labor day. Details to come.
