Replacing steering cable on 2002 Sport Nautique

I recently purchased a 2002 Sport Nautique with launch control system. I need to change the steering cable but don't know where to start. How do I move the tanks to have access to the rudder? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
