I have a 2004 Nautique SS210. Battery is charged. Bilge pump works. I turn the toggle to all on, press start. No lights no sounds nothing. It ran two weeks ago. Ideas? Yes safety switch is pressed

I presume you mean the toggle that's all on, off. or pump. Yes its on.
