does anyone know where I can get a replacement for the rubber gasket at the bottom of the windshield or at least a good method of cleaning my old one? As you can see from the image mine has a lot of discoloration on it. Ive tried general cleaners and a scrub brush but it really didnt help much. |

Thanks Pete. I got a new pc,it won't let me on some sites. My tech support is at work I'll have to have it checked out later
John when you put the new one on extend it past the windshield ends like in the picture below. It keeps it from shrinking as it gets older. I'd guess yours is shrunk and leaves gaps at the ends by the end trim. I also thru bolted with large fender washers and nyloc nuts rather than the original method of sheet metal screws into the deck. Then you can trim the vinyl so the finish caps fit nice. |
