They also show the actual rubber or Mylar Bushings with sleeves

Yes, Skidim has the parts, but I prefer good, used pieces at this time.
(the mounts will be changed out over winter)

Couldn’t you soak it in muriatic acid or wire wheel threads to clean up. Then heat the female part cherry red? Seems like it would do the trick

Tried...broke the square head off the stud, making in-boat adjustment difficult/impossible.
