Does anyone know where a person can get an exhaust flapper for my 64?
Its exhaust is only 2 3/8" os dia.   I can find 3" and larger, but no luck on a smaller one..

I do have a homemade one on for now, (made from a neoprene pipe cap).. but Im not crazy about the look..

Any help?

I put 3" on my '66 Mustang. Just pinch them tight with hose clamps. You could cut a notch out so it will squeeze in smaller. Mine have very small ripples.

smallest you can get is 3 in. just cut half inch out of bottom of rubber, anymore and they
wont stay on no matter how much you tighten
them down...from experience.

Steve if you cann't find the correct size I would just cut the ring section of the rubber in the center lower section and then over lap the two pieces then take a razor blade and make one cut throught both and remove the ends so that when the clamp is tightened they but up together and look like a continous ring without a gap if you are forced to use the 3" versions. What hose ID are you using?
