I just purchased an 03 Air 210 and I am having a problem with the depth gauge "shallow" alarm going off every 2 minutes. The dealer I purchased from says I need a new "Faria Black Box" They have ordered one but my luck its on back order. I have unplugged the depth finder but the alarm still goes off. Has anyone had this problem? I just want to get the alarm disconnected. Its driving me crazy!!!!!

Welcome! I don't know much about your model, but my older Nautique has a system alarm too. I'm pretty sure you can just reach behind the dash and disconnect the wiring to the alarm. This might work as a workaround until your depth finder is repaired.
Hope this helps

I had a similar problem with my 206, the audible alarm would sound however I was unsure what for because the display had also stopped working, the fix was the Faria black box in my trunk which had gotten moisture. In my case the only fix was replacing the box however you may want to try disconnecting your battery for about 20 mins and reconnect, which may reset your system.
Oddly enough when I picked up my boat after repair the depth gauge was not working but most everything else was, have not brought it back in as of yet.

I did not think about disconnecting the power. Thats a good idea. I tried to disconect behind the dash but all the gauges are connected together and it shuts everything off. I can do without a gas and volt gauge but I don't like not haveing water temp and oil pressure gauges. Thanks for the tips.
