Hi everyone

I'm having a same issue with my 1994 Ski Nautique with pro tec ignition.
One of my 4 Holley 250R-123AA injectors died, so I've sent my issue to PCM and they recommended to upgrade to a new RN0153A injector and a pod because of difference in size.

Replacement was easy and smooth, but the problem remains. Unfortunately, no specialists in my country to hope for any help. Have to do it by myself.

Now I'm starting from the beginning. I'm getting so desperate, that I could not figure out how to solve this problem already a year or even more. I don't want to throw away this beautiful boat, which was running smoothly for such a long time. Will appreciate any help solving this issue.

Your Pro-Tec ignition may also be failing. Your electronic fuel injection needs some type of engine control module (ECM) in order to function properly. If the Pro-Tec is failing, your new injectors may not function properly. As stated above in this thread, I had similar issues and removed the electronic fuel injection AND the Pro-Tec ignition. I replaced everything with a carburetor and distributor. The engine has been running very well for 3 seasons now.

If you have already replaced the injectors and want to keep them, I recommend following this thread. http://www.correctcraftfan.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=42357&title=keeping-your-protec-efi-with-a-dui-system
