Greetings - My system alarm recently stopped working on my 89’ SN 2001. I took the alarm speaker off to bench-test it with a 12 volt source and the speaker works. Then, I looked up the wiring diagram and noticed an alarm box that the wiring from the gauges that are monitored run into. Thinking that this box might be defective. I know that I can simply do away with the alarm and monitor the gauges but I’d like to get everything functioning like new. Am I going down the right path here or is there something else I should check? Anyone know of where I can get a replacement alarm box? Thanks in advance!

No replacements available. The design of that system was very sketchy in the 1st place.
Unhook it & watch the gauges once in a while. |

1988-2001. Alarm works when it is in a good mood. Just watch the gauges.

Feels like I am hanging 10 but in reality - probably hanging 6.

I own a 1989 Supra PCM 351w same alarm system . In 89 the the system started to false alert on its own . The box has been unplugged since then never had any alarm problems after that.
