OK, I'll ask - what happened? Parting out a 17 year old boat?

Feels like I am hanging 10 but in reality - probably hanging 6.

Not that its anyone business! Hull damage.
But I could have just decided to take it apart for the hell of it.
If you interested in parts ask about them if not just move on.
This is the problem with forams. It's a place for men to act like women and nosy without there man card being questioned!!

Zach,
Sorry you feel we are being nosy. Maybe you should try a different marketing method.

Forams aside, it will help if you can post pics for interested parties. There may even be some women interested who don’t have a man card.

Oh, and Mr Crankypants, what's the harm in asking. We've got 15 years of being interested in boats, talking about boats, sharing stories about boats, sharing pictures of boats, sharing projects, talking about projects, talking about problems, fixing problems....didnt seem like an out of line question to me. Oooops, gotta go and change my pad, I'll be back.

Do you have the side panel that’s next to the drivers seat? Vinyl covered like the dash...

Clearly it was one of the most polite (so-called) roasts on this forum. This is more than just a forum. Many of the folks in here travel hundreds of miles to get together to share in the vast traditions of Correct Craft. Many contribute hours of thought in helping to solve issues that prevent some of us from enjoying our boats during what is often a very short boating season. You’re able to take advantage of this great group of boaters to sell stuff you don’t need at no cost to you at all. Part of being on here is being able to give and take. The way I see it, you’re here to take. We welcome you but it’s important to know that any welcome can be worn out with selfishness.

Thanks for the support guys, tho I'm not too sure what he thought was a (so called) roast. No roasting was intended. I was just defending the guys that asked about the status/fate of his boat, which in my mind seemed to be a question that was reasonable and consistent with the other 564,655 posts in 44,446 topics previously written on here.
