removing fuel from the tank

I have a correct craft 211, the motor has not ran since 2016. How do i remove the fuel from the tank? its about 1/4 full NON-ethonal gas and treated. I am also going to replace the water impeller and the 3 ballast tank impellers and change the oil... thansk in advance for your reply

Mity Vac 7201. Or you can go old school like my dad and syphon it out with your mouth and a piece of garden hose lol.

4 years old? I’d top it off with fresh and just let dilution do its thing.

I agree. Non ethanol treated and only 4 years old shouldn't be a problem.
