Here is what I did. I drained all the water out of my block, and I unhooked the hose by the inlet on the botttom of the boat and I ran Antifreeze through the motor until it came out the back. The sea strainer was full when I shut it off. I went and looked today and the strainer was just about empty. Does some antifreeze run out of it?
Thank x

Since the water inlet is lower than the sea strainer, its reasonable that it could siphon out. However, it is not good to leave anitfreeze in the sea strainer. It will eventually frost the clear plastic.
