I have 98 air nautique when you give it throttle is slow to go then only will run around 35 mph at 4000 rpm. I can dint figure out what it is no check eng light. I have replaced wires spark plugs have replace both relays on the back fuel pressure is 40 to 42 psi the whole time. Can anyone help ???
