I'm on the hunt for two manifolds for my 351w.
There's some on ebay but unfortunately including shipping its working out at roughly £600 ($800) coming from the US 😭 Uk supplier Midland Nautique quoted £716 ($1000) and i had to collect. I also got a quote today for stainless steel fabricated manifolds..... £1950 ($2721) !! Anybody have any ideas on cheaper options? Different shipping method, supplier etc? Forgot to say im in Scotland 🏴 Thanks Graeme |

I’ve got some good used ones, not terrified to ship overseas either...

I've no idea why these didn't come up when i was searching 🤷♂️ I also didn't realise Volvo Penta would fit too. Cheers for that 👌 |

Graeme.. Thinking on my way in today I would check these
will fit… looked on my 70’s 351W and the spark plugs are angled ? looking at
the sellers other parts these look to be off an early 90’s Ford 5.0L EFI … I don’t
know if they had heads with straight plugs !! with the low water bar angle
plugs may hit the sides? or make it hard to change without taking the manifolds
off first? There may be stubby plugs
around in the car world as this comes up often… or someone here will know if angle plugs will be OK ? |

The plugs are angled on mine too. The boats a 1980 so the engine will probably be a late 70's build.

Graeme… had a look round on the net during tea brakes… looks
to me early EFI heads had angled spark plugs too, may be worth asking the seller
if he has the heads or remember if they are angled plugs ? As I thought you can get short plugs.. ref Accel 8199 may be worth fitting just for ease
of maintenance not overly expensive/ship to the uk. |

Decided to use my original manifolds until im up & running properly and can source a reasonably priced set.
Thought id found a set locally but that fell through today. Just realised today that the mufflers are directional 🙈 |
