Hi all,
i was demoing a 83 sn2001 yesterday. It had a ford 351w engine installed and was equipped with stainless steel exhaust risers. The engine was running very strong, but when riding the boat these risers got very hot (compared to newer boats). Is that normal, or a sign of some damage? The water temperature i read on the gauge was normal. TIA, Tom |
