Sometimes I'll burn a cd off of one of those music channels on dish network. They think I have satellite in the boat.

I have had satellite radio in my truck for a couple years, and I can hardly stand listening to am/fm anymore. I listen to XM, but cannot say whether it is better/worse than SIRIUS. It's nice to be able to listen to any MLB game, but I wish they would broadcast the games online too.

I have found people down here to be extremely opinionated about they're satelitte radio company... it always comes down to one guy saying "Sirius Blows" and the other one saying "XM blows", but either way the word "blows" is required. I have dish network ergo sirius at home and the Alt nation and country stations are pretty sweet. I like pausing it when I leave and then having 2 hours to FF through the crappy songs.

hey, anyone wanna swap some 8-tracks?

(i just gave my age away)...actually I have a friend with xm in his auto repair shop...dont know what he listens to, but it rocks! (hard)...

As for me , probably will never even have a radio in any of my boats... they would just interfere with that beautiful "exhaust music".

Steve the radio is for when the motor is off and your checking out the T&A at the sandbar. I can barely hear my radio anyway when running down the lake at 5K, besides it skips crossing wakes too.
