Does anybody here have any experience on the little Lake Lanier in SC? We bought some property there with lake access but no dock yet (we will find someone with an empty boathouse if we are lucky). If things line up we will be in there by end of 2024.
I see several SN, Mooba, MC’s in my canoe lap of the lake with my brother a few weeks back. Looks to have a nice long run with good wind blockage (mountain foothills lake). |

Congratulations on the purchase. Dont know anything about Little Lanier, but I'm sure you'll love it. Cant go wrong with waterfront down here in the south that isnt under ice 6 months of the year. Tho I am a bit surprised you didnt look for a spot on Norman so you could be neighbors with Quinner again.

Any Lakefront property is $$$$$. The price of mine has doubled in value since we bought it in 2020. Hit day 100 yesterday. 78"F temps with the water temp at 66' F... Looks like we may ski well into December at this rate.
Quinner got the Pinkham Point discount on his LKN property.!

Yankees ski late and natives wear winter jackets and knit caps by now.
