Hi folks, I am restoring this BFN with 1100 hours which I bought as a non running project as it has been sitting for 5 years. I have the Motor/Trans out and wanted to ask is there a way to tell if the Transmission needs to be rebuilt by opening it up and looking. It was full of oil and turns fine without any strange noise. Only reason I ask is the rebuild cost with shipping is around $1500.00 Thx.....Tom   |
