i know this seems like a silly question, but does the engine run or is it in rebuildable condition? is this anything more than just a hull?

its a rebuilt never ran, but missing parts, and someone decided to leave the distrbuiter off so there is some rust signs. how bad i dont know. the cover was always on it. i hate to let this thing go, but my wife is mad. =) what can you do.

I would like know more about what is included with the boat, what condition is the hull, trailer brakes, is there any interior pieces, if so what condition are they in, is there a windshield, gauges, etc.
