Ken; Did you have to have motor work plus the fiberglass repair from last year done to "my" boat?

Enjoyed the great pics of it at the Reunion. You know how I feel about that boat.

Hey John,

Yes, my boat is like new again. Looks fantastic. I just replaced the replacement motor. My Dad and I are heading out again this more to put some more hours on it.

Those are some serious power turns. Almost a full 360. I've never done them that big.

Hi John,

My original replacement motor gave up the ghost. It had a bent valve and kept blowing out the dip stick, with only 23 hours. NECC helped me out and got me another engine from another re-builder. I now have 4 hours on my replacement to my replacement engine. It runs like a champ. The only issue is that we're trying to calibrate the oil sending switch to the gauge. NECC ran a meter directly to the engine and I have perfect oil pressure. The gauge is funky now. It doesn't move smoothly now, it sort of ratchets instead of moving smoothly. It drops to about 9lbs at idle, causing the engine alarm and idiot light to activate. I'm going to contact SKIDIM in the AM for advice.

Tim had a raspberry under his arm from the windshield on Jeff's boat.I think Keith had a pretty good grip on the rub rail.The first spin went nice. The second picture shows the boat pretty much out of the water, That one didn't go quite as smoothly.

Those are great videos, Laurie.

It was a great week end. My boys and I really enjoyed ourselves. Good boats, good people and a lot of great skiers.

We really did well with the weather. It was perfect. Sunny, 80s and no wind. One week later and it's cloudy, 60s and windy. Lows at night in the 40s.

Great video! The powerslides look great and you also get a sense of how hot Jeff's boat took the three of us out of the water (all on slalom skis). With Woodie at the controls, the three of us literally jumped out of the water.

There you go again JEFF. To cool to see your mug in the pics. Laurie is prettier in the pictures as well as in person. Great to see her on here. Love the pics of Grandpa's boat. How sweet. Looks like you guys just had a great time.

     Mike, that is Roys Tique. Now that you mention it, the finger is facing the rear. I would of never noticed. Jeff....

Farmer - those are great pictures!

Mike - as Jeff confirmed, that Ski Tique does belong to Roy (my Dad). That pylon was mounted with the finger pointing back to accommodate a high-fly pole. The previous owner was a wakeboarder. We just haven't gotten around to rotating it back to front.

JEFF: You ever heard of "tanning beds"....when living in Ohio I used to spend some time in them after working out just to avoid that look.
