Seriously, if that boat isn't missing the engine or something, it was the deal of the century. Hell, even WITHOUT an engine, $8k isn't a bad deal.

How about a 1975 Mustang with a GM 350? Restored for $3500. It looks clean, but who knows about the stringers?

Somebody fix the link as I have no skill for it at the moment ;-)

I don't know that it looks so clean, and he really doesn't show a picture of the boat that is useful. It might be a good deal, but I think you'd have to take a close look, not only stringers but why does an engine with 15 hours on it not stay running? Can't figure out the thought behind the front seating.

I'd say it has to do with that large oversized USCG approved flame arrestor he has on the engine.

In fact it is. He not only owned it and sold it, but he continued to ski behind it daily until a few years ago. It has the special WW graphic package which were only available at Clay Island Correct Craft in Bolton Landing, NY.

You can tell the classier Tiques, they are the ones with the small print on the sides.

I emailed the guy to see if he had a trailer to sell. I told him it was a 351w and a PCM trans.   He replied that it says Boss 302 on the air cleaner.   So I guess I was wrong.

I emailed him as well. I'll report back to what he has to say. I also asked him if the engine has been run lately!!

How does a boat and motor with only “205” hours end up at the point of being parted out? You should be able to eat of the boat and engine. At least he could have raked his floor before taking a photo.

Something tells me that this is a 1994 ProTech engine. As the engine cover says "Pro Boss" that clearly means Boss 302. Who'da thunk?
