My '93 351 HO with Pro-Tec and throttle-body fuel injection starts and runs perfectly. If I shut it down for 45-60 minutes, it won't start. The fuel pump will not pump fuel until I pour cold water over it to cool it down. You can hear the fuel pump load up when it gets cooled down (changes from high-pitched sound when hot to low-pitch when cooled off and shuts off after pressurized). Any suggestions? I believe this problem has intensified since Oregon required all fuel pumped from retail stations to have at least 10% alcohol.
