76 Nautique Hard Warm Restarts

I believe the problem has been finally corrected. My Nautique would start fine on the trailer cold. I would run the boat for a while and stop for a rest and the engine would crank fine but would not fire. The carb was not leaking and i was not flooding it. The problem I believe was in the main wiring harness connector that had developed corrision over time that you could not see from the outside of the main connector. I replaced the bad connectors and the engine fires like new even after running for two hours and stopping for a rest. I can only assume the old wires (connector) would break down once hot.
