I may regret asking; does anyone know of an old saying that goes something like this- They live so far out in the country that everyone has their own tomcat. ?

No, But I worked with a guy whose parents lived above the bar they owned in town next to a highway, they would go to his Cabin "up North" and complain it was so quiet you could hear a squirrel fart.

Something used in a recent speech from a guy called "Rick Perry"!
Even after reading a little bit more and a few other forum posts I am still confused but heck whatever these isolated farm owners get up to is their business! How about "couldn't hit a cow's arse with a banjo" as a great saying

LOL :) If you guys don't understand it I will have no chance...
I did find a whole long thread about the very thing and reading through it seems pretty evident that nobody understood it, there was a suggestion that drink and drugs might have been involved! some of the suggestions were quite funny. democraticunderground.com Next time the question who was the 47th Governor of Texas? comes up in a Pub quiz I will now the answer. |
