does anyone have access to a mid sixties mustang style hull on a #2 trailer i am looking for the position of their boat on the trailer . does the v8 spark arrestor line up with the axle? one way or another a few inches?
how far from the back of the frame rails to the transom. how far from the bow to tongue? any help would be appreciated. also looking for a used velvet drive ........
former skylark owner now a formula but I cant let this place go

Thanks Gary always a help for everyone here.. bruce told me they hang over that much but had to see it to believe it. also not a lot of space between bow and tongue.. i am so used to my 2 axle trailer that would be for a 20' boat . it is probably 6 ft longer than a #2

Peter,
Tongue weight comes to play here on the boat position. 10 to 20% of the gross weight of the trailer and boat is the rule of thumb.

thanks i couldnt remember if it was 10% and if it included trailer too. so a combined weight of 1900 or so?
